Yes Of Course, No one would expect this worldwide wave of terrific COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. However we humans faced a lot of struggles like this before. Though the infection is spreadable, we have options to stop the further infection and break the spread of the chain. The Self cleanliness and boosting immunity and face –hand wearables can limit the further spread.

I strongly believe that we all have basic knowledge of the corona pandemic and the current world situation.

In this article, I wish to share something to handle this situation.

What can we do?

Relax Please:

Yes stay calm and relax. Because it’s not the time to act or react, instead think wise and be calm. We have to relax our body and soul.

  • Start a few relaxing yoga practices
  • Just enjoy & feel the nature around
  • Listen to light music or whichever you feel comfort

Have quality time with family:

Most of us were worrying about less family time before in a busy work schedule.

We all were running from Monday to Friday to relax at the weekend. Now the corona pandemic gave us a golden opportunity to stay close to our loved ones.

We have spent most of our weekends on social media apps. Now I am sure you will be bored with almost all of the social media and finally reached the family members to spend quality time.

It’s the time to

  • Express your care and affection on your loved ones.
  • Understand your kid’s mind and their interest ( other than studies )
  • Know the burden of homemakers
  • Encourage many extra-curricular activities from the kids
  • Learn or teach something new skill to your loved kids
  • Improve the parenting skill (it’s the best time).

Personally, we all have our weakness and strength. It is a better time to recollect our weakness in both personally and socially. Let’s change those weak behaviors into the best one.

  • If you are poor in language and communications, we can able to learn from online courses or free videos on the internet.
  • If you are not well knowledge in Microsoft office, start exploring in that.

Professional enhancement:

The updated knowledge is mandatory to grow steadily in our professional life. This time we can spend a few more hours to improve our knowledge.

Unfortunately, the whole world is forced to accept digitalization in the short term. In most of the businesses, Digital way of marketing, handling, and maintaining will be mandatory after a few months. We must accommodate that.

Improve Immunity :

Most of us, particularly middle-aged individuals were not much worried about their health earlier. But this corona pandemic has opened all of our minds to take a step to improve immunity.

Strengthening the immunity must include 

  • Having  healthy  & natural food habits
  • Exercise more
  • Vitamin C rich foods to improve the lungs health
  • Smoking cessation
  • Stop or reduce alcoholic beverages
  • Having enough sleep
  • Practicing yoga positions

Sharp the mind :

The lockdown and curfew steps have taken to control the infection.However, These all make a person crazy due to isolation, no freedom, stress, depression, anxiety, Financial crisis, business collapse, bankruptcy, etc.

A person has to overcome all of these COVID-19 crisis situation with a strong and confident mind. Unlike other creatures, Humans changed the world with his inventions / Solutions, crossed many natural disasters, survived in many worldwide infections even without medications. So this situation also can be overcome by us.

BE STRONG AND CONFIDENT, We can able to re-create a world of new opportunities to sustain.

Time to invest:

This is the best time to invest in share markets. In this COVID-19 crisis, most of the good value shares are reaching their lowest prices. As the pandemic resolve, The share markets will bloom again.
